I hand-craft each piece using natural stones, glass ceramic beads, gold-plated fittings / chains (as applicable) and other quality materials. I believe each stone carries energy, so I select every component with care.

Yes! If you have a particular stone, colour palette or size in mind, send me a message and I’ll check whether I can create a custom version or variation just for you.

Each jewellery piece is made to order (or in small batches), so please refer to the individual item listing for estimated processing time. Shipping time depends on your location and courier services.

If you’re ordering from outside Australia: you (the buyer) are responsible for any customs, import duties or taxes that may apply when the package reaches your country. Delays due to customs or import clearance are out of my control.

Cancellations: accepted if requested within 24 hours of purchase.


Returns / exchanges: See the specific item listing for eligibility (hand-made items may have limited return rights).

Please note: custom orders aren’t always eligible for returns unless otherwise stated.

Avoid contact with water, perfume, or lotion.

Wipe gently with a soft cloth after use.

Store in a dry place or jewellery pouch.
Natural gemstones may vary slightly in tone or pattern that’s part of their charm.

If you’re unsure about size (bracelet length, necklace chain length etc), send me your preferred measurement and I’ll advise. For chokers or close-neck styles, people often choose a shorter length for that “sit-on-the-neck” effect. (Inspired by her own story: noticing a choker while on vacation.)
