Cancellations: accepted if requested within 24 hours of purchase.

Returns / exchanges: Eligibility depends on the specific item. As a handmade jewellery store, some items may have limited return rights. Please contact us before sending anything back.

Custom orders: custom or made-to-order items are not eligible for returns unless otherwise stated, since they're made specifically for you.
